TreeView Activation Pop-up

I have a treeView with some elements in it. I want a new dialog box to be created when the user double-clicks the elements in this treeView.

I tried creating a dialog box in the activation of the treeView elements, but when I do this the new dialog box always pops-up behind the treeView's dialog box.

Does anyone know a workaround for that? I do not want to use the styleFloating option or the topMost function because I don't want to force the user to have this new dialog box in front of the others.

The only option I see is calling the second dialog box with block() instead of show()... which has the downside of locking all other dialogboxes. It seems like DOORS is refreshing the treeview or at least putting the focus back on it after the "activate" callback, which sadly puts the original DB back in front.

You need to set the dialog parents right on creation of the dialog box (pop up is parented to db containing the treeview). If order still does not come out correctly, then you need to explicitly bring the DB to the front (bringToFront or something like that). Regards, Mathias
